• Inactive Followers (Normal): Non-engaged profiles intended solely to increase your profile's numerical follower count.
• Active Followers: Real, active, and engaged profiles who may interact with your content based on their organic preference.
• All orders are reviewed and processed within 1 to 3 days, depending on the volume and the platform chosen.
• Special Note: Non-refill Mallu (Kerala) packages are not eligible for refilling even if drops occur immediately after order completion.
• Normal (Inactive) Packages: Delivery is completed within 6 to 48 hours following the initial review period.
• Active Packages: Delivery takes approximately 8 to 14 days, depending on the order size and platforms. Specific timelines will be coordinated directly by our executives.
All sales are final. Refunds are not available once an order has been placed and the campaign has officially begun on our network.
• Normal Followers (Inactive): If a drop occurs after delivery is completed, we will refill the lost numbers with normal followers. In some cases, refills may take extra time during social platform updates.
• Active Followers: If drops occur in active packages, refills will be completed with normal (inactive) followers only.
• Mallu Followers: Drops in Mallu-specific packages will be refilled with normal inactive followers instead of Mallu-specific profiles.
• We are not responsible for drops in your pre-existing followers during or after our campaigns.
• If you utilize third-party growth vendors concurrently with NextReachoo, we are not responsible for discrepancies. We strictly track the difference between your starting follower count and final count.
• While our services are designed to comply with platform guidelines, we cannot guarantee immunity from platform restrictions or suspensions, which are at the sole discretion of the social platforms.
• Do Not Change Username: You must keep your username unchanged during the active campaign. Changes will interrupt delivery, and no refunds will be issued.
• Account Must Be Public: Your profile must remain set to "public" throughout the delivery cycle.
• Flagged Profiles: If your profile is pre-flagged for review by the platform, delays may occur.
NextReachoo reserves the right to modify these terms and service delivery policies at any time without prior notice to align with social media algorithm updates. It is the customer's responsibility to review terms before placing orders.
